Before we had Sound Advice, we had a variety of music that, unfortunately, was not of the best sound quality. First and foremost it gives our members the assurance that their call matters to us.
Prior to using the service we received numerous complaints that they were left on hold or the member thought they were hung up on since there was silence on the line. We do our best to give each call the individual attention that is deserved - unfortunately that means someone may have to wait a little longer for their time to come. But Y! on Hold service assures them that they are going to be serviced as soon as time permits.

The thing I like most about the Y! On Hold service is the great customer service. Always quick to respond and eager to satisfy. The production time is generally quicker than promised. The quality of the recordings is excellent, with appropriate music and sound effects selected as accompaniment.
