unfortunately, was not of the best sound quality. Now, our
members can listen to an enthusiastic and well –articulated
“friend” telling them about the YMCA philosophies, values and
coming events. Our CEO, who was originally against “canned”
messages, is now a real advocate of Sound Advice.

clever enough and the voice used reels in your ear pretty

First and foremost it gives our members the assurance that
their call matters to us.
Prior to using the service we received numerous complaints
that they were left on hold or the member thought they were
hung up on since there was silence on the line. We do our best
to give each call the individual attention that is deserved -
unfortunately that means someone may have to wait a little
longer for their time to come. But Y! on Hold service assures
them that they are going to be serviced as soon as time
permits.

The thing I like most about the Y! On Hold service is the
great customer service. Always quick to respond and eager to
satisfy. The production time is generally quicker than
promised. The quality of the recordings is excellent, with
appropriate music and sound effects selected as accompaniment.
In general, when I call the Y and am put on hold, I love
hearing the personalization that we are able to offer; it sure
beats elevator music.
