Sound Advice does so many things to make my job so much easier and to be certain that our on hold productions are always current, up to date and delivered on a timely basis. One thing I particularly like is our account rep takes the time to track our needs and she contacts us to let us know when it's about time for us to make changes. This allows for us to be way ahead of where we were, because we are so caught up in the day to day busyness that the last thing we're thinking about is our on hold messaging. It's just something we don't think about, we just want it to be right.

One of the things about the Double Tree is that we need to make changes often. It's seasonal based on the different holidays that are going on. We also have special promotions and we're able to make those changes seamlessly and that's what makes it so nice for us.
We're able to just take an internal document of something that's going on in the hotel. We e-mail it over to Sound Advice and within just a few days copy is back, a voice that I like and we're able to choose perfect music. I'm amazed at how much, when we sat there and at first listen to all the different tapes and all the different voices. I went through voice after voice and then I heard her voice and said, "That is who we are. That is who we are! She's got the Double Tree sound” It’s just that soothing, comforting; we’re here for you, warm hospitable sound.

It's downloaded from (Sound Advice) into our system and we're up and running. That's what makes it so nice is that we don't have to go pick up some tape and nothing has to be shipped. Everything is downloaded, and before we know it we're up and running on the new information.

You guys really do a good job. You should feel really good about your company.
