TESTIMONIALS :
CLAREMORE REGIONAL HOSPITAL
What we have really enjoyed about Sound Advice is, number
one, the service. We obviously like the quality of the product
we're getting. We have people mention the messages they hear
when they are on hold, which is nice. They get on and say I
didn't know you had MRI or they mention a specific service. You
never like to put people on hold for very long but I think it's
certainly better than the music they used to get or dead air or
whatever it might have been. So they're actually hearing
information about our facility and retaining it.
The service aspect is really nice because we do get
reminders. We did have an occasion a couple of weeks ago that we
wanted to change some information and we faxed over the
information and they sent back the script the way we wanted it,
we approved it and before you knew it, by that day or the next
day for certain, the change had been made.
So it's nice, I think (Sound Advice) is very good, very
affective and timely for what we need. If we're promoting a
specific service on the phone, I've had occasion where people
have specifically mentioned a service and MRI is the one that
sticks out in my mind. Someone said, "I didn't even know you had
MRI." And that's how the conversation started. I said, "Excuse
me." And they said," I'm listening to your on hold you were
talking about MRI or diagnostics." One of our first messages
said if you want information about our new beginnings birth
center to ask after someone picks up the line. And I've had a
person or two mentioned “Now tell me about your new beginnings
birth center and what all do you offer”. Again they were
prompted by your on hold message. That's me specifically and I'm
sure there are others that happen a lot. As a matter of fact a
couple of times I've had mentioned from our occupational health
nurse that she's picked up the phone and got the same thing from
one of her industrial clients. They've said "Oh you have a CT
scan and full time MRI now” and they're picking up on it as
well. And those are just the ones I know of. I'm sure there's
others that happen all the time that aren't related to me.
